Tim: Tim has been the Managing Director and driving force behind the company since forming it in 1981. Before that, Tim had 15 years experience in all facets of television news and current affairs production, beginning as a reporter and culminating as Director of News and Current Affairs at two major network stations. Tim is very much a "hands on" manager who enjoys working closely with his clients to ensure that their needs are met.

Dan: Dan studied Media Arts at Deakin University and these days spends his time either in an edit suite, or on location. He prefers to cut on Final Cut Pro, but can also handle Premier Pro projects. He's an experienced cameraman, using mostly the smaller HDV and standard digital camera, but knows his way around a DigiBetacam. He spends a deal of the winter at various sports venues around town running the main audio desk for FoxFM during football OBs, so he knows about the critical disciplines of "live-to-air". He's also an experienced and accomplished stills photographer, using either film or digial kits.

Ben: Ben's a graduate from the Media Arts faculty at Deakin University and has a number of strings to his bow. He's an accomplished website designer in his own right (Check out some of his sites here and here) graphic designer, photographer as well as an experenced editor. He's comfortable in almost any editing environments including Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro and Sony's Vegas. He's invaluable on a shoot, either as a director or camera assistant.
