Challenges & Safety

Our company has worked extensively for clients in locations throughout Australia, ranging from the corporate towers of the capital cities to the mine sites of the outback.

As well we have successfully completed projects, often unaided and unsupervised, in such countries and locations as Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the United States, Canada, the Soviet Union, Mongolia, Japan, Taiwan, Cambodia, The Netherlands, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, The Philippines, New Zealand, Vietnam, Papua-New Guinea, Fiji, Laos, China and Burma.

Often this has involved us working closely with chief executives as well as with line managers and the people who "make it happen" on the shop floor. We have faced and conquered the challenges of difficult industrial relations climates, the language barrier of interviewing foreign nationals and the constraints and challenges of remote and inhospitable locations to get the job done

In all of our local, national and international experience, we have never suffered one "lost time accident", nor have we caused any injury or damage in any of the locations in which we have been employed. Naturally, we maintain extensive insurance cover against such contingencies and we always observe all of the prevailing safety codes. We recognise, however, that a pro-active safety culture is the best defence.

Each and every person selected by TPA to work on a project must be pre-eminent in their craft. We strongly believe that our clients are entitled to programs and services that exhibit the highest level of creativity and professionalism. Associates and sub-contractors are chosen because of their depth of experience as communicators. All must have proven abilities to get the job done with a minimum of fuss, whatever the demands or problems which may arise.
